1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Wreemongar Music Distribution (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Wreemongar Music Distribution for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
• Uploading content you do not have the right to distribute or monetize

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Artist Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all music, artwork, and content you upload to Wreemongar Music Distribution. By uploading content, you grant Wreemongar Music Distribution the limited right to:

• Store your content on secure servers
• Distribute your content to music streaming platforms, DSPs, and retailers on your behalf
• Generate and collect royalties from streaming and downloads
• Display your content and metadata in your artist profile
• Use metadata for reporting and analytics purposes

You represent and warrant that you own or have legally obtained all necessary rights to upload, distribute, and monetize all content you provide to Wreemongar Music Distribution. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have secured all necessary clearances, licenses, and permissions.

5. Subscription & Billing

Wreemongar Music Distribution offers subscription plans on an annual or monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan:

• Starter Plan: $19/year, billed annually
• Pro Plan: $49/year, billed annually
• Label Plan: $99/month, billed monthly

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused subscription periods, except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Royalty Payouts & Earnings

Wreemongar Music Distribution collects royalties from digital music platforms and aggregators on your behalf. The following terms govern royalty payouts:

• Minimum Threshold: Royalties are paid out monthly once your account reaches a minimum balance of $100 USD. Earnings below this threshold accumulate in your account until the threshold is reached.
• Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed monthly and transferred to your designated payment method within 5-10 business days of payout processing.
• Payout Methods: You may select from available payment methods including Wise and PayPal. You are responsible for maintaining accurate banking information.
• Earnings Rollover: If your monthly earnings do not reach $100, they will accumulate and roll over to the following month. Accumulated earnings do not expire and will be paid once the $100 threshold is met.
• No Commission: Wreemongar Music Distribution does not take a commission or percentage from royalty payouts. However, your payment provider may charge nominal processing or currency conversion fees.

You are solely responsible for understanding your tax obligations on royalty income. Wreemongar Music Distribution does not provide tax advice. Depending on your country of residence and income level, you may be required to provide tax documentation before your first payout.

Wreemongar Music Distribution reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any payout if suspicious activity or potential fraud is detected. We will investigate and notify you promptly. 7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:

• Uploading copyrighted content without proper authorization or licensing
• Uploading content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Disrupting or interfering with the operation of our Service
• Engaging in fraudulent activity or misrepresenting your identity
• Harassment, abuse, or threats toward other users or staff
• Using the Service to promote illegal activities or violence
• Attempting to circumvent or disable security measures

8. Beta Platform

Wreemongar Music Distribution is currently in beta. As a beta user, you acknowledge that:

• The Service may experience downtime, bugs, or limitations
• Features may change or be removed without notice
• Your data may be affected by platform changes or updates
• We may need to reset accounts or delete data during development
• The Service is provided "as-is" without guarantees of availability

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on Wreemongar Music Distribution are provided on an 'as is' basis. Wreemongar Music Distribution makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wreemongar Music Distribution or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Wreemongar Music Distribution, even if Wreemongar Music Distribution or a Wreemongar Music Distribution authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

11. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Wreemongar Music Distribution could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Wreemongar Music Distribution does not warrant that any of the materials on the Service are accurate, complete, or current. Wreemongar Music Distribution may make changes to the materials contained on the Service at any time without notice.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements we provide to use for the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wreemongar Music Distribution operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
