1. Free Artist Submission (Beta)
Artist submissions to Wreemongar Music are currently free during our beta phase. Since there are no charges for submissions, refunds do not apply to this service. You can submit, update, and manage your submissions at no cost as we grow together.
2. Release Preparation Support
If Wreemongar Music offers paid release preparation services in the future:
- Refunds may be considered within 14 days of purchase if services have not been substantially delivered
- To request a refund, contact support@wreemongarmusic.org within the 14-day window
- Refunds for partially completed services will be evaluated based on work delivered
- Once services are substantially delivered, refunds will not be issued
3. Future Distribution Services
Wreemongar Music is currently developing full distribution and royalty services. When these services become available:
- Separate, specific terms and conditions will be published
- Refund policies for distribution services will be clearly outlined at that time
- We will communicate well in advance before launching any paid distribution features
- Founding artists will be notified of any changes to service offerings

5. Billing Errors & Exceptional Circumstances
We will consider refunds in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Unauthorized charges to your account
- Technical issues that prevented access to paid services
- Other approved exceptional circumstances

6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund or address a billing concern:
