Wreemongar Music Distribution is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for subscription fees. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following limited circumstances:
Starter & Pro Plans (Annual Billing)
- Refunds are available only within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or distributed any music content
- If you have already distributed music to DSPs, no refund will be issued as the service has been rendered
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after the 14-day eligibility period
Label Plan (Monthly Billing)
- Refunds are available only within 7 days of payment if no music has been distributed
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day window
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT refundable:
- Music distribution and royalty services already rendered
- Content delivery and DSP delivery costs
- Partial months or unused portions of monthly subscriptions (after cancellation)
- Any additional services, tools, or features provided
- Domain, web hosting, or external third-party services
- Royalties earned but not yet paid out (these are separate from subscription fees)
- Beta platform services provided (given the beta nature of the service)
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@wreemongar.com within the refund eligibility period
- Include your account email, subscription plan, and reason for the refund request
- Provide proof of payment (transaction ID or email confirmation)
- Confirm that no music has been uploaded or distributed (if applicable)
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days
4. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days from approval
- Your account will be downgraded or terminated upon refund approval
- Any content uploaded will remain on our servers for a period of 30 days, after which it will be deleted
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
5. Cancellation vs. Refunds
There is a distinction between requesting a refund and cancelling your subscription:
- Cancellation stops future automatic charges but does not refund past payments
- Refunds must be requested within the eligibility periods outlined above
- If you cancel your subscription but do not request a refund, no refund will be issued
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
6. Distribution-Related Refund Policy
Please note that once your music has been submitted for distribution to DSPs:
- DSP delivery typically takes 24-48 hours
- Once delivered to DSPs, the distribution service has been rendered
- No refunds will be issued for subscription fees once distribution has occurred
- If you need to remove music from DSPs, you can do so through your artist dashboard
7. Beta Platform Refund Policy
Given that Wreemongar Music Distribution is in beta:
- We may make significant changes to features or services
- The service is provided "as-is" with potential disruptions
- Beta users have limited recourse for service interruptions
- Data loss or service interruptions may occur during the beta period
- Refunds for service-related issues during beta are handled on a case-by-case basis
8. Exceptions & Disputes
In exceptional circumstances, refund requests outside the standard policy may be considered. These include:
- Unauthorized charges or billing errors
- System failures or critical bugs affecting service delivery
- Extended service outages beyond our control
- Duplicate charges

9. Royalty Payments
Please note that royalties earned from your music are separate from subscription fees:
- Royalties are earned based on streams and downloads of your music
- Cancelling or requesting a refund of your subscription does not affect earned royalties
- You will continue to receive royalty payments even after cancellation
- You may need to maintain an active account to receive royalty payments
