2. Artist Responsibilities
When uploading content to Wreemongar Music, you confirm that:

- You have secured master rights and publishing rights from all rights holders
- The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights

3. Copyright Infringement Reporting
If you believe your copyright has been infringed by content on Wreemongar Music Distribution, you may submit a written notice. Your notice must include the following information:

- Identification of the specific content on our platform that you claim infringes your copyright

- You are responsible for understanding and managing clearance fees or royalty payments

- Failure to obtain proper clearances may result in content removal or account suspension
11. Takedown & Restoration Timeline
Here's the typical timeline for copyright-related actions:
- DMCA Notice received: Acknowledged within 1 business day
- Content review and action: As promptly as reasonably possible
- Counter-notice window: 10-14 business days
- Content restoration: Following the counter-notice period if no legal action filed
12. Disputes & Appeals
